What You Think mean Your Character

There is one question. How can be what we think become our habit? We think is because we need think something before we do it. We think because we need to think about everything.
You’re right. We have to think before we do something. But, what I mean is if you think about what you have to do something bad. For example, you have bad dream, yes, it just a bad dream, but if they come often what happen to you. You might be obsses with that dream and become paranoid.
This can be the same if you had bad thinking. About everything. First you become obsses and than you will do it. First time you do it, maybe you will feel guilty. But, behind that feeling you find something different. You now enjoy to do something bad.
And subconsciously, you do it everyday. Than this become your habit. Someone recognize by their habit. If you have good habit that’s will got good judgement. But, in the other way, if you have undislike habit, you will know by your bad habit.
And finally, your habit will become your character. And that will the last things that the other people see about you.
For example;
Someday you think to come late for work. And you do that. First day you feel guilty, but on second day, you more enjoy to be late. By go late for work, you can have a chit-chat with waitress where you have breakfast, or something else. And you often do that. Now your boss will see you as a lazy employee who always come late. And this become your habit, just spend the time with waitress that you like.
From a simple habit, it will grow become your character. You will often to delay everything. You will have a mindset “why I have to do this quickly if I can delay for one hour”. Yes, you will delay that for one hour, if … there is only one job to do. But, how it can be if after 15 minutes you have another job?
So, don’t think something bad. Always have a good thinking and you will have a good mindset. Remember this ;

deeply touchy ..
I’m desperately in such situation, I got bad thinking in my mind. I tried so hard to endure it, so it won’t come to be a doing and won’t be a character at last.
But, somehow no matter hard and desperately I try to think positive, influence my own thought with some positive thoughts, I fail.
Just for info, what in my mind now is just a reaction of something that make me deeply dissapointed.
What should I do ?

I think what you should do is knowing more what make you disappointed, by knowing them, you will find and learn how to accept them.
And finally you can change the thing that make you disappointed to be something that you will enjoy, in the other word, try to accept the problem as a give, sound crazy isn’t it …
